Ho finalmente colmato questa lacuna gigantesca della mia già pessima cultura, ammetto di non aver gridato al capolavoro, ma è sicuramente colpa del mio odio per gli scarafaggi.

I was hoping for a good end to this book with some moral symbolism but I really was just left feeling sad. I feel as though this book had so much potential to really delve into certain aspects of the human psyche, and take a good look at isolation, feelings of extreme inadequacy, and family rejection. This book really did not go as deep as I was excepting, and I definitely did not feel as if the end summed everything up as much as just ended the story.
