This is my favorite Christmas Story. And I hate it when Christmas ends. It’s so hard to let go of the warmth and love of the Season. I recently rediscovered a very old copy of this book that I had been given by my grandparents. I read it before packing everything away, in homage to Christmas ( and to borrow a phrase from Fred.) The story never ceases to remind us of the importance of civility and kindness and love. It seems like we could all use a refresher course!
