I finished this book today, but I don't really think I know how to write a review about it. I thought the story was very thought-out and, for the most part, kept my interest. It had some slow parts (around 3/4 of the way through the book for me). There were some similarities to the Lord of the Rings, but unlike others, I don't think that this book copied it. I think there were some nods to it and a few nods to King Arthur as well.
