I enjoyed this celebrity autobiography much more than I expected to, though that doesn't say much since I hadn't really thought I'd like it. The book was passed on to me by a friend of my mother's and I expected it to be mostly a name-dropping, drug/alcohol recovery dishout. Instead, I found Lowe substantially more thoughtful and interesting and was actually touched by his love for his wife and children.

I listened to the audio which was Rob Lowe as the narrator. It was such an interesting book about his life and Hollywood. I enjoyed hearing some of the stories about how he got certain movies and how he interacted with his co stars

This was a neat read taking me back to the feel of the 80s for part of the book! Rob has some crazy stories in this book - how he was connected to 9/11 events! - and does a great job recounting his life! And I love Parks and Rec so it was fun when he shared about those years. I have not seen The West Wing yet but reading this makes me want to watch it! A fast and enjoyable read!

Best autobiography I’ve read in awhile. Rob Lowe reads the audiobook himself, adding some humor to his stories and the impressions are spot on. It made me want to go back and re-watch his filmography!
