definitely entertaining. definitely not "a thriller" or a book that's going to make you want to keep the nightlight on because it's deliciously creepy (like sharp objects or gone girl, etc). It has a bit of a cheese factor, with many sections ending with a foreboding line, that really is just cliche. I didn't mind so much since it was entertaining.
