Captivating from start to finish, an incredibly well-developed, character-driven story. It touches on a LOT of issues - sexuality, fidelity, death/grief, relationships, domestic abuse, racism, gender inequality, big Hollywood, and a strong LGBTQ theme and discussion throughout. It's a bit of mystery, a lot of romance, an inside look at classic Hollywood, tons of emotion and just a really well-told story overall. ...more

I read Daisy Jones and the Six earlier this year and enjoyed it, so I thought I would give this one a go. Wow, this one is even better, much better. Highly recommend. Powerful, unforgettable.
