3.5 rating. I think I did myself a disservice by choosing audio for this one. There's so much discussion of art and photography and it would have been nice to have those things in tandem with the description. The focus was a lot on the loneliness of various artists, and I also would have preferred a bit more personal rumination from Laing. Otherwise, it's elegantly written and very interesting. ...more
