For you who expected another Gone Girl-ish book, prepare to be disappointed!! The narrator, instead of being unreliable and mysterious, just being simply annoying. The plot did not go smoothly, and the ending is just... lazy. Too many things tried to be covered here but the way the issues been discussed is just very bland. Too bad!

I read this in one day, it was so good I could not let it go for a second day running. Jessica Knoll delved to primal parts within TifAni and those around her, and it was so refreshing. And that's not even considering the plot twists. I will be thinking about this book for a while. Also, points for being a local setting in the suburbs of Philly - LOVED mentions of the Main Line, King of Prussia, Bryn Mawr, and other hot spots. ...more

Read for book club. I think it will be an interesting discussion. At the beginning I was really curious what had happened to her in high school and I did not predict the full extent. The rest of the book was pretty predictable, though. Overall, enjoyable.
