Lionsgate read it for the first time a few weeks ago and everyone is so excited about it. I have fifty pages of a second book that I've been working on when I have the time. I'm not ready to show it yet, but once I get the script off my plate (which should be in the next few weeks), I'll be able to turn my attention to it fully.(less)

I think all of my hand-writing muscles have atrophied at this point :-) My favorite part of the writing process is that one golden hour in the morning, from about 7:30am to 8:30am, when I'm fresh, the coffee has taken hold, it is quiet and peaceful, and I write like no one is watching. For whatever reason, writing becomes harder and feels more like work for the rest of the day. I'm at my best in that one very narrow window.
