This has gotten mixed reviews by my Goodreads friends. I decided that the plot sounded intriguing enough. Creepy, yes, but I kind of like being creeped out a little by books sometimes. It starts out slow, but as soon as Coraline steps through that door, it gets wonderfully creepy. I haven't seen the movie version, so I don't know how they compare. Honestly, I don't think I want to watch it, either. When I am reading a creepy book, I can keep it from being too detailed in my mind, but you can't do that with a movie. Haha! Oh, I'll most likely watch it eventually, and be haunted by those button eyes and spidery hands for days. (3 1/2 Stars rounded up)

This is the story of Coraline, yeah not Caroline but Coraline :)
She moves with her parents to a new house that is divided to four apartments. She loves to explore, so one day she finds a door in their house that opens to a brick wall.. on the other side is the empty apartment that is not rented yet.. When she comes to explore a second time.. she finds the door having no bricks anymore instaed it leads to the other apartment so she goes it to discover a whole new world.
