Well, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The narration was perfect - Kathleen Wilhoite was amazing (you might recognize her as Luke's SCA sister from Gilmore Girls). I laughed out loud a LOT - having lived in Seattle for 7 years, Semple has Seattle DOWN.

Bee was delightful. Bernadette was extremely funny and sympathetic. The Gnats were wonderfully awful. The comedy of errors was hysterical and the mystery was exciting and a bit heart-wrenching. An all around fun ride!

Some crazy person commented on a book that I read a long time ago and basically told me that what I thought about the book was wrong and I missed the point. Bee got on my nerves a little toward the end - I understood why she was mad at her dad but he was the reason she was able to go to Antarctica, how many kids can do that?! Overall though, I liked Bee's voice and the way the story was written. This was simply a very enjoyable read. ...more

Makes you reexamine who the "crazies" are in life and whether or not we are all one. A very interesting, fresh, and modern satire. Loved the multiple POVs through the letters/emails/texts etc. ...more

DNF. Read the synopsis of the rest of the story and I'm glad I abandoned it. It annoyed me far more than it entertained me. ...more
