Colin was a child prodigy, now a high school graduate who is worried that he will not become a genius. The 19th Katherine just broke up with him so he takes off on a road trip with his best friend before starting college. Very smart, entertaining, and anagramtastic.
A break from his normal formatting, and I was told that this was his weakest novel. Color me surprised that I absolutely it. Both formatting and topic and the equation. And the whole point. And totally felt for the too smart boy who wanted to figure out the mathematics of love.
I think this may be my favorite, flawed and true, point-of-view character John Green has written so far. And, unsurprisingly, the boy had far too many recognizable traits of people I've dated in my life of either sex. ...more

Not nearly as engaging or fantastic as The Fault in Our Stars or Will Grayson, Will Grayson, but still an enjoyable read.
