What Members Thought
Gladwell excels at info-tainment of this kind, where he takes some sort of scientific phenomenon and explains it in a way that makes it interesting and accessible. This is the same, and in that respect this is a good book. It explains a lot about those instant decisions we make, how we come to make them, and why some folks are better at it than others. What you’ll also notice, though, especially if you read a lot of Gladwell, is that he doesn’t tell you what to do with this knowledge. Presumably
