Didn't captivate me as much as his first book "tipping point" but the best and most useful thing I learned was that we are all subject to our unconscious prejudices. Even when we don't think we have any. And the only way to get around that is to spend lots of intentional time learning about and having positive experiences with those we may be prejudice against. In most cases those who we don't cross paths with often enough that we might have genuine empathy with to walk in their shoes. ...more

Kyle and I listened to this on tape on our road trip to the Pac Northwest and both really enjoyed it. Makes you think about how you make decisions.
