Shelves: memoirs, 2019-reads

3.5 ⭐️ - and I think the rating would be higher if I didn’t listen. I loved the collection of advice column pieces - but I was getting tired of the format by the end of the audiobook. I think if I had the physical book and it wasn’t a library book, I’d be much happier being able to set it down and then come back to it when I was in the mood for more.

This hit me just the right way at just the right time. Strayed is amazing at writing about the hard times in her everyone’s life, and encouraging us all to do our best. I liked this so much I’m going to buy a hard copy so I can refer back to it easily and underline.
