The reader for the audiobook did a great job with this story. I really enjoyed listening to him and having the music played at the end of the book was also a nice addition after hearing about the particular piano piece throughout the novel.

A hallucinatory, deftly woven book dealing with how we change and experience things from our own perspective and others'. I felt almost as if I was the blindfoldee in an intellectual game of Blind Man's Bluff.

Three and a half really. Once I hit a tipping point, I couldn't stop reading. Not that much happens in the novel even in the sense of self-discovery. It's more like a reawakening after a long sleep. Winter into Spring in Murakami form.
