A great book w a bunch of mystery that just pulled me in.
I almost gave up on this book - finally at around page 115, i started to really like it. This is the story of Sadie, a somewhat disgraced London police officer who is on required holiday in Cornwall England. While there, she stumbles across the Loenneth, a lake house where in 1933 a baby disappeared one night. Really enjoyed this book, especially the ending. Mystery was suspenseful, charming, engaging, and interesting.

I Would definitely recommend this book.
I usually rely on Kate Morton to provide dependably well-written books that are pleasant to read. This was that, except for one “twist” I thought was just too much.
