Funny, hilarious and charming, just like Elen herself. Although there were some off moments here and there, this book was still entertaining. Elen shared her views and tips about life in general, from being happy to mastering the art of gift giving. And of course she did that in her unique funny way. I think the audiobook will be better because I can imagine easily how Elen would read her words. I am interested in listening to the audio version.

This was light-hearted and fun, but not as fun as I expected it to be in audio form. I think this may be one case of a celebrity memoir that's better in written form; I felt like she read it a bit too fast, like she was reading, instead of like she was talking. None of which is to say I don't love Ellen DeGeneres, because I think she's one of the world's most wonderful human beings, and I wouldn't say the book isn't fun/funny. Maybe it's just better in written form.

That was a fun read. I could hear Ellen's voice through the whole thing (not through hidden speakers), and I could even hear the pause for laughter.

eh, not too good. This seems like a "i need a book because my publisher says so" book.

There were some funny parts of this book, but mostly it was filler. The font was huge, and a lot of it was just stream of consciousness, much like I would write if I just couldn't think of anything real to write about. I still love Ellen, and her charming personality comes through in this book, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Just my type of humor! I LOLed multiple times. It should be noted that many people don't enjoy my style of humor.
