Bewildering is the first word that comes to mind upon finishing this book. The story begins with Thomas, a teenager who has no memory of his past, arriving into a strange place via an elevator. I absolutely loved this book and I read it in 2 days because I couldn't put it down. It took me a few chapters to get into the feel of the book and to stop being distracted by the fact that my college friend "Jamie" Dashner was this big time best-selling book-to-movie author now and I was reading something that he wrote LOL. But once I got comfortable with the unique language and all the characters in the story, I was hooked 100% and couldn't put the book down. Loved the story, loved the mystery
