I pretty much devoured this book. This has a really cool spin on the genre, and I'm not going to be specific because the less you know going into this book the better! I loved the voice of the main character, but I was also surprised at how much my feels towards other characters changed as the story progressed. I had no idea that "M. R. Carey" was MIKE CAREY!!! Now I'm even more excited to read this! Happily, it is on hold for me at my library :-)

Excellent dystopian novel with a twist that you don't catch onto until about halfway through. Well, probably less than halfway through. It's a good twist. Then, of course, there's the rest of the book that relies on that twist, and that part of the dystopia is great as well.
