what an absolute slog. This is the book where we get the updates about what everyone is doing while Rand is in the middle of the big fight at the end of the last book and it just does not hit. It's exhausting. I hated every single character by the end of it and the only reason I'm still going is that I got this far and I'm not about to quit yet. (And I know there's a few Sanderson co written novels waiting for me) ...more
