I love this story. It is still so magical and the perfect introduction to Narnia. Even knowing what is going to happen, I still got caught up in the story.
This is one of those books that is so woven into the fabric of my childhood that I can’t be truly objective, but re-reading it now I still find it delightful. Narnia captured my childhood imagination in a powerful way, although none of the other books in the series stuck with me in the same way this one did.
