Creepy, chilling, and definitely disturbing.
This book was on my to read pile for forever! It wasn't until the HBO series based of the book started that I freaked out and wanted to finally read it. I hate watching movies / tv shows before the books and the show looked great so I needed to get it done ASAP.
But just like with Liane Moriarty's book "Big Little Lies", once I read the book, it was too soon to actually watch the show. ha! So all that effort for naught.
The book was ok. Not one of Flynn's best. Disturbing. I would recommend it tho ...more

Creepy. I totally called the twist by page 45 but was curious to read and see what she had to say. Ballsy first novel.
This was a pretty predictable story.
