This one didn't terrify me in the same way Pet Sematary and Cujo did, but I read those in high school, so maybe I'm just harder to scare, or different things scare me now? What frightened me more than the telekinetic story line of this book was the meanness of high school depicted in fiction, all-too-realistically. In that way, this book is young adult fiction. A recommended read for high-schoolers especially.

This is why I don't read much Stephen King. It creeped me out. But at the same time, I loved it. And the movie, too.
