Continuing to learn -- I know I first need to start with myself. This book focuses on feminist issues through the lens of racial experiences. The author points out many flaws in the way white women promote feminist ideas and ways to be more inclusive and consider challenges faced by individuals outside of their own experiences. The part that will stick with me: the section on parenting, when difficult choices must be made. Read this!
The audio version is great. Mikki Kendall herself is the narrator. If she hosted a podcast, I'd listen!
