Thanks to foreword by Russel T Davies, when I started to read this book I started it as a young adult who was seeking adventure and fun in a book.
The story is about Arthur Dent who is saved by his friend Ford Prefect (who happens to be an extraterrestrial) in the last minute just before the earth blows up. The two then find themselves traveling the galaxy in search of answers to the universe's biggest questions, meeting strange and funny characters along the way.

The narration of this audiobook is wonderfully done and had me laughing out loud in more than one spot. The book itself is not entirely my taste. Seeing the movie was good enough for me.
This is the worst book I've ever read. I'm assuming I just missed out on the humor of it somehow...

I thought it was just ok. I appreciate the book and I acknowledge the humor, but I wasn’t crazy about it the way other people are.
