What Members Thought
I enjoyed the story flow of this book; for some reason, it reminded me of a 50-years-later Tropic of Cancer, in that the stories didn't have much substance, but they were enjoyable to follow. This was a whirlwind adventure across America, and I sure didn't like the actions of most of the main characters! I often wanted to slap some sense into them, telling them to settle down, but I am not rating this book based upon my like or dislike of characters. I am just saying I often found the book frust

My oldest son read this book and loved it. I hope to read it soon so I can discuss it with him.
I liked it. Rambling and at times incoherent and non-sensical. What more do you want?
