Pretty much everyone could benefit from reading this book. Because even if you're not an introvert, you're married to one, or you work with one, or you have a good friend or a child who's one.

Very readable, at least the first two thirds. I feel like it tails off in part 3 and becomes less compelling, which is odd because that is the prescriptive section of the book.
LOVED this book. Makes so much sense and has stuck in my mind in the few weeks since I read it as I enter new situations and think about how my kids view new things. Super insightful.
A powerful book for someone who has always believed her "shyness" was a shortcoming in life.
