I would have finished this book earlier, but I had to stop and keep rolling my eyes. The generalizations, the stereotypes, the complete lack of understanding and the pitting introverts against extroverts just gets old after a while. From this book, you would think all introverts are introspective, incredibly deep and the real, true leaders of the world. This is essential reading for lots of people, not just introverts. It is a good reflection for those of us who are introverts, looking at the impact of our personality type in career and relationships, but it's also a guide for extroverts to understand introverts and our perceived quirks and qualities better.
