I would have finished this book earlier, but I had to stop and keep rolling my eyes. The generalizations, the stereotypes, the complete lack of understanding and the pitting introverts against extroverts just gets old after a while. From this book, you would think all introverts are introspective, incredibly deep and the real, true leaders of the world. The introduction has a list of 20 questions. The more questions you answer yes, the more likely you are to be an introvert. I answered yes to all 20! But it's OK.

Susan Cain outlines the ways that society has come to favor extroversion while she discusses ways that introverts can and have contributed greatly to society.
