This book was such an incredible surprise. I literally just grabbed it off a shelf to kill time waiting for my husband, and it's now one of my favorite books. Usually when an author's writing style is described as "beautiful," it's a euphemism for "holy crap, where was the editor??" But Nine George's writing is TRULY beautiful. Loved the book barge

Would have liked more books less love story 😂clearly I’m not a romantic! But I loved the descriptions of France and the characters.
