I have to admit I had kind of mixed feelings about this one. Eleanor has crazy curly hair like me, although mine isn't red. She doesn't care what other people think about how she looks, but it's more out of necessity than because she's a rebel. Not to say she doesn't have a little rebel going on as well. Second Review (excellent audiobook narration)
“It was a postcard. Just three words long.”
I’m still not ok. Still in tears. Because it’s still one of the most special love stories I’ve read. But to call it a love story seems to sell it short. It’s more than that. I felt like I was in the story. And the sweetness, and the heartbreak, and the terror, and the love were all so close that I couldn’t look away.
Pretty sure this one will stay with me forever.
