What Members Thought
I received this book through a GoodReads giveaway and I was not disappointed. I don't know if I ever would have bought this book if I hadn't received it and I would have missed out of these 8 great novellas written through the POV of women. My favorites were "The Forgery" (about a "fake" painting and how we can unintentionally affect other people), "Odette Toulemonde" about a fan and her favorite novelist and their complicated relationship, and the final novel about the women in a Russian gulag.
