Not my thing.
This is the first book of the author’s to be translated into English. It was a unique format as it was both written in the second person, but also from multiple perspectives. My only complaint about this was that it felt that not all of the characters got their say - there were 4 children plus the parents, but only the parents and two kids had sections. Interesting look at another culture. At first, I thought the large amount of the book that was written in the second person would put me off, but it works. Definetly makes you look at your relationships in your life and ask yourself "if that person was gone tomorrow, what would have I wanted to say to them/ask them/do with them today."
