This totally made up for whatever indescribable thing I found "If I Stay" to be lacking. The series as a whole is an absolute must-read. Elegant, gritty, heartbreaking, life-affirming.

After a night to sleep on it and let the whole thing just kind of wash over me, I can say with certainty that this is one of my favorite love stories. It is heartbreaking.
