Shelves: library, fiction, kindled, scifi

I gave myself some time to consider the review for this book. While it didn't really take me two months to read this book, it really felt like I was reading it forever. Oftentimes I would just lose interest and move elsewhere, and that's my main issue with the book.

I've not read Cloud Atlas or any of MItchell's books, so perhaps I didn't quite know what to expect. Despite my fluctuation of interest, the length of the book is absolutely necessary and is one of the reasons I did like the book. Cha ...more

This book had beautiful writing and an interesting story. I only gave it a three because their were parts where the author dragged on and on. I had never read something like this and I loved trying to figure out what was going on. (I am still thinking about that last chapter!!) The dragging pace makes me wonder if I should read anything else by Mitchell, but the read was interesting enough that I just might!
