Starting off the New Year with a re-read of this book to catch me up before reading the next one for the first time

Staying in bed to finish the last 100 pages this morning as I just couldn't last night. Another great installment of Claire & Jamie's story, as well as Brianna & Roger. Just waiting for the next book to come into the library so I can continue on! ...more

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am addicted to this series. This book gave me the moments I had been waiting for since pretty much the end of book two/ the start of book three. With the size of these books that's a lot of waiting!

We finally got more Bree and more Roger. Hallelujah! The duo take up a good chunk of this book where they previously only took a few chapters up before - I couldn't be more happy about it. We see more of all of the characters we love, as well as some new ch ...more
