What Members Thought
If I were a teen-age girl going through many of these issues, I likely would have given the book a higher rating; it addressed some of the concerns of young almost-teens in a very fun and interesting way. Even my children are far past this, and so far I only have grandSONS, so it wasn't as meaningful to me as it might be to a young pre-teen.

I read this before most of it applied to me personally. Maybe should’ve waited a year or two.
Still just as good as when I was 12.
Just as good in 2023 as it was in 1980!
