I loved this book. I loved this book. I LOVED THIS BOOK. I would read it again and again. I need a little time to think about it and process the experiences because I don't think I can read it again without getting teary eyed.

In the middle of reading this book, I managed to research several local hiking trails and discover my own version of the Pacific Crest Trail. Now, a 70 mile trek across the Laurel Highlands Trail is on my bucket list. If that isn't evidence of Cheryl Strayed accomplishing her goal as a writer of reaching the reader, I don't know what is.
