This book is about the 'great perhaps' and also about figuring out what comes after death. The whole idea of what happens 'after' and looking for some type of unanswerable answer hits close to home.

This is a true coming of book for young adults, I really enjoy John Green's writing, this book is about a young nerdy type boy, he goes to boarding school and there meets new friends. Miles is the main character, he likes to quote a persons last word. He falls for a very troubled young lady, he also makes some great friends to hang out with, something he has never really had. They do things that all teenagers do, they fall in love, they get broken hearts, I will read more of John Greens novels, ...more

After reading Fault In Our Starts, I was curious about John Green's previous works. Looking For Alaska did not disappoint.
Joh Green is one of the best YA fiction authors!
