This was a quick, enjoyable read that bridged a bit of a gap for me. This compliments Allegiant's two person perspective nicely, but it makes me wish the whole series was done in the same fashion as Allegiant. I feel like the Divergent books at times seemed a little rushed to me, I thought they were good but I love this! Great story to read for an avid fan of the Divergent series. I didn't think that any of this new material would even be of value to my knowledge of the series. But I was wrong. Nice of Veronic Roth to share another side of the life of Four with us.

It was fun to hear some of Four's other stories and some previous plot lines told from his point of view.

I enjoyed reading this . I like Four and to be able to understand him more was a good thing.

I give this a 4.2 stars. I really liked reading Four's point of view on the story and also where he came from and his struggles.
