The way that white people believe black people to be, speak and behave is truly absurd.

Lady Luck was more tender than the other stories in this series, both Ty and Lexie had been through hell, and it wasn't over by a long shot.
The beginning of Lady Luck showed me straight away that this was going to be a quite unconventional romance! I loved this one, hated how Ty was wronged, hated that the 5 years he lost forced him to come up with his vengeance plan. It was a good thing that he was derailed from the first second he was got out of jail. Lexie was just the thing that he needed to get back his life. I loved that Lexie was a goof and that Ty recognized it right away. The way that these two started building things was great.
