Amy is hilarious! I love her down to earth, hilarious honesty. It's like a breath of fresh air!

I enjoyed the narration and think it's great that Amy Poehler did it herself. It was fun, the pace was good and it was quite lively.
That said, it was my second memoir in a row on audio and I enjoyed it less that Furiously Happy.
I didn't care much for the non-linear timeline. Also, many chapters were about motherhood and children and I don't really care for those subjects.
I also didn't listen to the final chapter read to a live audience because the laughs were just too annoying.

If I thought Amy Poehler would ever see this I'd round up, and I like her as much or more now as I did before I listened to it. But a solid "It Was Good" is the right rating for me.
What worked - honesty, some thoughtful sections, some laughs, and her generally likability.
What didn't work - name dropping that included Louis C. K. who I don't know much about except there was a scandal after the book which takes me out of the book as I think he couldn't have been harassing her because she seems to ...more

Que buen libro! Super entretenido. Amy tiene una facilidad para contar su vida desde una perspectiva cómica como solo una comediante de Saturday Night Live puede. Vale la pena leerlo y aprender de sus anécdotas. Próximamente reseña de aprendizaje en mi blog http://elsentirenloslibros.blogspot.com/
