An impoverished rake of the first order, a damsel with unimpeachable virtue and a fortune lost in the annals of time. What more could you want? Add a scheming grandmother into the mix and the whole of the Bridgerton family and well . . . really what more could you want? Throw in a dash of mystery and you have the perfect formula for a delightful romance. When I grow up I want to be Lady D.

Synopsis
