I read To Kill A Mockingbird again so I could go straight into Go Set A Watchman as the next book. I wanted a clearer sense of the two books in relation to each other. Truly, Mockingbird is one of the greatest books written. I'd last read it as a child. I think this week, it goes in my all-time favorites list. I lived with Scout in the book. Loved Jem, Dill, Atticus, Miss Maudie, and Calpurnia.

Lessons from to Kill a Mockingbird
1. Put yourself in someone else’s shoes
2. Watch out for those weaker than yourself
3. Life is not fair
4. Even if your licked before you begin see it through to the end
So many good characters. My favorite is Arthur (Boo) Radley.
