I had so much fun doing the #hpchapteraday challenge on Litsy (11 months straight of reading one Harry Potter chapter a day, and this illustrated copy was gorgeous! I'm only sad that not all the fully illustrated books in the series haven't come out yet, but at least I get to start Chamber of Secrets tomorrow!

Now i know why the harry potter series are very appealing to children of all ages, it has that realistic magical feeling to it when your reading the prose. The phrases and words used by the author are outrageously out of this world and yet it was simple and funny at some point. I really like the the scene where Harry stood in front of the mirror of ERISED, it was so magical and utterly emotional. What can I say? I've read this book more times than I can count, and every time I do, it feels like coming home.

This book is about a young orphan, Harry Potter, who has lived with his horrid aunt and uncle since he was a 1-year-old. After all these years, I finally read Harry Potter! No wonder a great score of people loved it. I appreciate this book more upon watching the two Fantastic Beast movies, awesome!
