The Black Wolf is the fifth book In the Company of Killer series. I love this series. I love every single novel in this series. I love how each book is its own beast and I love that each one focuses on a new person, yet the entire group is featured.

This is Niklas story and I was DYING for this one.

I'm amazed by how this series always gets to me. Always. It’s like it is impossible for Redmerski to write something bad! I pick these books up and I'm unable to stop reading them.

I'm officially dead. I really know this isn't a love story but I just wanna hope! So badly to give them a good freaking love life. Urgh.

Now I'm done with Book #5 and there's no next book yet, can you feel my heart bleeding? Cause it really is. The happenings really makes me want to take the ratings down a notch cause it isn't especially happy and perfect but what the freaking hell did I expect?

Spoiler! WHAT THE HELL IS VICTOR PLANNING WITH IZZY AND HER MISSING KID?! Nora knows what and I'm not her so I don't. Is she going to kill Izzy's kid?! What the freak?! Izzy will hate him. And in turn I can just see an Izzy and Niklas future. And I hate that really. I want more of Nora please. Let's just kill Izzy? Hahahahahah.
What happened with Dorian was so unexpected and the extent of his character was shocking really.
I still love Nora Kessler you know? I don't even know why.

I didn't want this book to end, that's why I didn't finish it quickly. Best book in the series. Literally. Without a doubt, I don't think I can keep up with my January TBR anymore because of this. I love Niklas so much, I just want to hug him and keep him, and holy fuck I can't.

Niklas and Izabel should happen. Fuck Victor, I don't give a shit about him anymore. (But I would still read Behind the Hands That Kill nonetheless)
