I was a little disappointed with this one. I was super excited to get some backstory on Celaena/Aelin along with learning about her relationship with Sam. While the action and adventure was both fun and riveting, I didn't quite enjoy the relationship portrayed between Celaena and Sam. I came into this book with the thought that Sam was this great lost love whom she loved with her whole heart but once I started reading and their relationship began to grow and grow, it seemed like they were fighti

Okay first of all Arobynn just because you save someone and then raise them and teach them everything you know does not mean you own that person. I hope Arobynn gets what he deserves in the end. I don't see how she can't see how vile he is. Though when you are raised that way you make excuses for them but still.
