Listened to this book - loved the narrator. Glory & Ellie drink the remains of a "petrified" bat found on Ellie's commune & acquire the ability to see people's pasts & futures. The future Glory sees through various people is a dystopian future, involving an anti-woman campaign & formation of New America with a subsequent Second Civil War. Hit close to home with a parental suicide. Loved the narrator and odd premise.

Interesting concept & this sounds like a book I would love, but I just didn't. I found most of the characters to be annoying and the future they see to be very implausible that I couldn't get into it. Great narrator for audio though. *UPDATE 2/22/16 - the narrator, Christine Lakin, also narrated The Coldest Girl in Coldtown which I absolutely loved! Makes sense now :) ...more
