Ok, I've obviously lost track of how to post books I'm currently reading. I'm on page 196. The book puzzles me a little because I'm not familiar with all the computer jargon, but it also has kept me interested because I'm hoping to know why all the books are "coded." Last night when I turned out the light, I discovered that the cover design is partly printed in a glow-in-the-dark medium. That just made me smile.

I loved this book! It's a mystery of sorts, a fun, optimistic story, full of joy and enthusiasm, embracing books and technology, and featuring a fascinating cast of eccentric characters. In this novel, you'll find brilliant techno-geeks, bibliophiles, fantasy books and role-playing games, a secret society in black robes, and, finally, the secret to immortality. A terrific read for those of us who love both books and our tech gadgets. ...more

I wish I could give it 4-1/2 stars, since I hoard those 5-star ratings so jealously. This was a delightful book -- funny, clever, entertaining, and thoughtful. A book for book-lovers, even those who whole-heartedly embrace modern technology. "...the right book exactly, at exactly the right time."

Wonderful!

It's not really fair to rate this book because I didn't finish it. I've tried to read it twice and both times gave up in boredom. Maybe some day I'll give it another shot. ...more

I really enjoyed it! Fun! Writing style reminded me of Ready Player One. Fun story - well told.
