As a previous reader stated, it was quite tedious and in the end, the conclusion to the story was quite disappointing. The twists and turns certainly kept me going, but in the end it just didn't feel righ.

This book was soooo good. It had me talking out loud!!! There was so much going on at first, but it all came together. I was surprised by the killer, did not at all suspect him. I guess the only thing I didn't like was then end, I don't always like "open ended" endings, when you decide for yourself. But all in all it was a great read and I will be reading more from this author!!

A lot of reviewers raved about this debut mystery from Harry Dolan. I thought it was good but not great. On the positive side, it was entertaining, quick and had plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing. On the down side, only some of the twists had me saying, "Oh, good one, I didn't see that coming." Unfortunately, a good many of them just seemed a little implausible.

Ugh. This book had too many characters, too many side stories, and too many sentences that began with "If this were a story in Gray Streets..." I don't think I have ever been so bored with a mystery. By the time (numerous) mysteries were all solved, I really didn't care who did what, or why. Not sure why I even stuck with. I guess I did kind of like the main character.
